Whiskies - Highland Malts

The Highland region is the largest of the four and incorporates several islands including Orkney, Mull, Jura and Skye, making it one of the most difficult regions to define. Malts typically range from drier, peatier styles, through to spicier, heathery, honeyed examples with notes of apple, pear, citrus, and raisin.
