Our take on an ancient classic, the Crusta is the father of The Sidecar. Laphraoig 10 yo 
shaken with Curaçao, bitters, sugar and lemon, served straight up in a sugar rimmed blender’s glass.

Whisky Daisy

A classic sour drink with the added depth of whisky.
Chivas 12 yo shaken with fresh lemon juice,
almond syrup and lengthened with Speyside sparkling water.

Pisco Sour

A South American classic sour, which uses lime instead of lemon and is served with a frothy top.
ABA Pisco frothed with lime juice and sugar, spiced with Angostura bitters.

Fish House Punch

After drinking too many at the Fish House Club, Philadelphia, George Washington didn’t make a diary entry for three days. Cognac, Appleton V/X rum, peach liqueur, fresh lemon and sugar, topped with soda.

Japanese Cocktail

Invented by Jerry Thomas when all things oriental were de rigueur, this is a simple and wonderful mix of Cognac, Orgeat and bitters.

Pegu Club Cocktail

Named after the infamous Gentleman’s club in Rangoon, where the drink was originally created in the 1920s.

Tiger’s Milk

A drink of Chinese origin. A classic mix of
Reserve de Martell Cognac, honey, milk and cream, garnished with a sprinkle of nutmeg.

Better known for creating the Singapore Sling, Nigiam Tong Boon also concocted this smooth cocktail.
Whitley Neill gin, Noilly Pratt rouge, fresh pineapple juice, egg white and Grenadine, shaken until frothy.
